I've delivered OSS/BSS and CRM implementations for Vodacom Tanzania and tested telecom customer journeys for DU Telecom across ESHOP, Selfcare, and DUAPP.
At Six Dee Technologies, I manage project delivery from requirement analysis through handover, coordinating implementation plans, data migrations, API integrations, and third-party connectivity checks. I also perform end-to-end validation of CRM, Ericsson Billing (BSCS), and Rating flows for subscription upgrades, downgrades, renewals, and transfer of service.
Previously at Atos, I tested mobile apps, customer self-care portals, CRM, and billing systems, covering SIM activation, recharge, bundle activation, balance deduction, and bill payment flows.
I've helped resolve 20–25 usability issues in a month-long cycle and reduced critical UI issues by 75% while supporting BSCS offloading. I'm seeking a Quality Analyst role where I can apply my testing, troubleshooting, and telecom OSS/BSS experience.
