What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and strengthen QA for complex enterprise applications, combining hands-on API, backend, transaction, and release validation with mentoring, risk-based testing, and collaboration across distributed product and engineering teams.

At CSG, I validated high-volume telecom billing, CRM, payment management, and customer lifecycle applications for clients including Mobily, MTN South Africa, Cable One, and Digicel. I led testing across SIT, UAT, hardening, and production support, covering end-to-end transactions, release readiness, defect triage, and production validation.

I use Postman, SQL, UNIX/Linux logs, Jira, Azure DevOps, and BrowserStack to validate APIs, backend data, Kafka events, payment workflows, and integrated enterprise systems. I also mentor junior QA engineers, coordinate distributed teams, and am currently building automation skills with Playwright and modern QA practices.
