At Natural Land, I provide day-to-day support for ERP, CRM, and sales systems across branches in the GCC and Lebanon. I investigate system and data issues, identify root causes, and improve operational workflows and reporting.
I also work with the Lebanon IT team to improve internal CRM, sales, and operations systems. I provide management with analytical insights using KPI lists and support digital transformation across branches.
At Integrated Business Solutions (IBS), I directed website development projects and managed hosting operations, client support, and UX/UI enhancements. I also managed major web systems for Saudia Cargo, ECA, Adritec, and Abdoun Real Estate.
Earlier, at JWICO, I led IT strategy, infrastructure, and operations and developed and maintained a full ERP ecosystem. My experience also includes ERP implementation, web development, database management, and systems across finance, HR, insurance, ATM processes, ticketing, accounting, and banking.
