At HCL Technologies, I developed an end-to-end web portal for Common Wealth Bank of Australia for internal use, with SQL as the backend. I also worked on design, development, bug fixing, and testing.
For Common Wealth Bank of Australia, I gathered requirements and analyzed enhancement requests against project objectives. I wrote PL/SQL packages and stored procedures, prepared test cases, and supported production releases.
On the American Insurance Group project, I provided level 3 support and resolved unforeseen problems. I also organized build deployments and participated in a country audit with business sponsors.
I mentored teammates on ticket handling and worked with Agile processes as a scrum master. My experience also includes C#.Net, ASP.Net, Oracle, PL/SQL, and Sybase.
