I am a Senior Manager in Technical Operations with over 20 years' experience in pharmaceutical production of OSD, liquids, and semisolids, delivering high-quality products while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. I led large cross-functional teams, implemented lean manufacturing (Kaizen, VSM, SMED), managed QMS activities (CAPA, deviations, change control, validation), and overseen technology transfer and process optimization.

I built a semisolids manufacturing plant achieving more than 120 million packs annual production and drove continuous improvement through KPI monitoring, productivity initiatives, and supplier coordination. I am MOH-licensed, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 trained, and seek a challenging role where I can apply my leadership, quality assurance, and manufacturing optimization expertise.
