What I'm looking for

I am looking for a remote customer service role where I can grow my skills, gain experience, and provide excellent support to customers. I am interested in a professional work environment with opportunities to learn, develop, and contribute positively to the team.

I am a motivated and disciplined Grade 12 graduate with strong communication skills in English and a little bit of Afrikaans. I’m currently employed as a hostess, where I’ve developed organizational, administrative, and customer service skills.

I bring a fast-learning, leadership-minded work ethic, and I’m eager to grow into a supervisory or junior management role. I handle bookings and reservations, answer phone calls professionally, and schedule and organize seating arrangements to keep service running smoothly.

During busy periods, I support team operations while ensuring excellent customer service. I also assist with customer payments and prepare and set up tables, staying punctual, reliable, and always willing to learn and grow.
