I translate stakeholder needs into requirements, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and sprint tasks. I use SQL and Power BI for reporting, validate APIs with Postman, and conduct functional, regression, usability, and UAT testing through release.
Alongside project management and English studies in Melbourne, I've supported software, hardware, network, and Active Directory issues and created Power Automate flows to improve efficiency. I also built an inventory and stock-tracking application with React, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, and Firebase.
