I’m a Senior Relationship Manager focused on SME lending, combining sharp business understanding with deep analysis of client financials. My work centers on helping clients build credibility and move forward with funding through structured credit evaluation.

Across Equitas Small Finance Bank, Aditya Birla Finance Ltd, Edelweiss Financial Services, and HDFC Bank, I handled critical SME loan cases and led credit analysis to determine eligibility. I prepare credit analysis charts, highlight areas of concern in financials, and support decision-making with reconciled reviews of bank statements and business trends.

I also bring hands-on diligence to the process—reviewing statements, conducting personal visits, and performing physical verification of stock and assets. In addition, I establish professional relations with clients to gain deeper understanding of their businesses and to support long-term engagement.

Where needed, I strengthen the organization through training and compliance: I conduct workshops for SME loans and create awareness among branch staff, while ensuring adherence to NPA classification, provisioning, and income recognition norms. Earlier, as an Audit Assistant, I handled ledger scrutiny, TDS-related matters, bank reconciliations, vouching, and statutory audit activities.
