Devon Hagy

I am a registered nurse with emergency department experience, committed to continual professional development and high-quality patient care. Since starting at Mercy Emergency Department in 2022, I have expanded my knowledge of emergency protocols and procedures and learned to perform well in high-risk, fast-paced situations.

I have served as acting charge nurse since December 2023, enjoying delegation, critical thinking, and leadership responsibilities that support team performance and patient outcomes. I also gained seasonal camp nursing experience at Falls Creek Conference Center, providing first aid, education, and referrals while adapting to limited-resource settings.

I hold a Texas Nursing License (compact), TNCC, ACLS, and PALS certifications, and I prioritize interprofessional communication, adaptability, and attention to detail. I seek roles where I can continue to grow clinically and contribute to collaborative, patient-centered teams.
