I'm currently managing complex cases at OSU James Cancer Center, coordinating care from pre-admission through post-discharge while removing barriers, supporting transitions, and optimizing resource use.

At OSU Physicians and previously at Quantum Health, I've coordinated transitions of care, assessed medications and home needs, facilitated follow-up, triaged patients, and connected members to appropriate healthcare resources. I managed health plans serving 50,000–80,000 members and used motivational interviewing, ICD-10 codes, utilization review, and prior authorizations to identify care opportunities and cost-saving alternatives.

My bedside nursing background includes observation, oncology, urology and gynecology, neurology, hospice, and skilled nursing care. As a charge nurse, I oversaw patients and interdisciplinary teams while maintaining safe, compassionate, individualized care.

I'm a BSN-prepared RN and Certified Nurse Case Manager who brings clinical judgment, patient education, advocacy, and clear communication to every care plan.
