I'm completing clinical mental health counseling training and provided counseling services and support to residents at My Sister's House in Statesville. I conducted client assessments and collaborated with an LCSW supervisor on case management, community outreach, and service projects.
At the NC Department of Health and Human Services, I build rapport with people with disabilities and help facilitate their independence at home and in their communities for physical rehabilitation.
My direct support experience at RHA Health Services strengthened my ability to assist residents with activities of daily living while developing rapport and respect. Earlier customer service work at Publix taught me to communicate effectively and contribute to a productive team.
