What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting patients in behavioral health through clinical assessment, crisis intervention, treatment planning, admissions coordination, and safe discharge planning within a collaborative care team.

I've supported patients across acute behavioral health hospitals, rehabilitation, and outpatient settings, completing biopsychosocial and clinical assessments, coordinating admissions, and planning safe discharges.

At Cone Behavioral Health Hospital, I completed assessments for adult and child/adolescent units, facilitated family meetings, arranged discharge resources and transportation, and coordinated care with multidisciplinary teams. At Raleigh Oaks Behavioral Health Hospital, I managed admission assessments, eligibility inquiries, and patient transitions to appropriate units.

Previously at North Vista Hospital, I assessed patients on legal holds in emergency, adult psychiatric, and geropsychiatric units, developed treatment plans, led psychoeducational groups, and connected patients with outpatient care. I also maintained LGBTQIA+ resource information to help patients access culturally competent care.

I'm licensed in North Carolina, Illinois, and Maryland and hold a Master of Social Work. My work includes crisis intervention, advocacy, case management, resource coordination, provisional diagnosis, individual therapy, group therapy, and intensive outpatient treatment.
