Samantha Scacccianoce
@samanthascacccianoce
Retail Supervisor and enablement operations specialist driving store performance and internal training.
What I'm looking for
I currently serve as a Retail Supervisor at Old Time Pottery in West Chicago, providing supervisory support for store operations and acting as manager on duty when needed. I lead 20+ store associates while servicing and merchandising the store, conducting new hire training, and keeping day-to-day priorities moving through strong, process-driven execution.
Previously, I worked as an Enablement Operations Specialist for Sterling, where I focused on how the division operates internally and how it connects with internal partners and the field. I developed and managed internal training and content, created internal processes and branding, maintained internal calendars and web pages, and helped drive improvements by tracking division analytics and keeping teams accountable through weekly meetings.
Earlier, as a Sales Administrator at Paylocity, I audited paperwork for Sales Representatives, submitted files for implementation, and handled service and billing cases. I managed a team of 28 Sales Representatives, reviewed and submitted LOIs, tracked product and process changes, troubleshot portal errors, and supported multiple projects at once while creating internal resources and presenting to the Sales department.
Across these roles, I’ve combined operational leadership with strong content and tooling experience—using Camtasia, Divi Builder, Articulate Rise 360, Workday, Canva, Hubspot, and Google Workspace alongside the Microsoft Suite. I bring an upbeat, well-organized approach with excellent communication, attention to detail, and creative problem solving to every project and team I support.
