What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into healthcare data analysis, where I can use SQL, Power BI, scheduling operations, and attention to data accuracy to support better decisions and improve operational workflows.

I manage scheduling data for U.S. hospital patients at HURC, processing around 120 calls daily while protecting accuracy and confidentiality. I track appointment data across hospital systems, identify discrepancies, and resolve records issues between patients and hospital staff in real time.

I'm pivoting into healthcare data analysis through hands-on Power BI, SQL, financial analysis, and database design work. I've built a normalized Power BI database and data model for a company without existing infrastructure, evaluated investment projects using WACC and financial ratios, and supported clients independently with data entry, scheduling, communications, and trip planning.
