Samantha Amezcua

At Olympus Group in Las Vegas, I manage client projects from quoting through production, delivery, and installation. I serve as the main point of contact across sales, production, fabrication teams, vendors, and multiple plants.

I've led time-sensitive event and graphics work including 45+ CES client orders within a 2–3 week timeframe, coordinating installation crews, lift rentals, vendor schedules, and strike logistics. I also manage ongoing RTC fleet graphics programs for 4–5 buses weekly and support MGM Resorts projects from concept and material recommendations through delivery and installation.

My background in fabric graphics production, finishing, and quality control gives me a hands-on understanding of frame builds, fit testing, custom extrusion frames, SEG fabric, rigid substrates, PSV applications, and floor graphics.

I'm currently completing a Bachelor's in Project Management while building on experience in client communication, scheduling, resource planning, property operations, and cross-functional coordination.
