At Universal Epic Universe, I managed delivery of a $5.5M AV, network, control, communications, and security scope with approximately 20 field and technical team members. By resequencing installation and redirecting resources to recover trade delays, I helped deliver three weeks before the client deadline.

At DSA Signage, I managed national LED display, digital signage, and branded-environment installations for clients including Starbucks, Tiffany & Co., Coach, and Dior. I also created Smartsheet reporting dashboards and tools to strengthen sales-to-operations handoffs.

At Ascend Studios, I directed specialty construction, AV integration, and immersive-environment projects, including an approximately $1M visualization environment for Burns & McDonnell. I coordinated a 16-person multidisciplinary team across fabrication, electrical/HVAC, lighting, LED video, and integrated controls.

At Gemstone Homes, I managed residential rehabilitation projects and completed 76 renovations, improving average completion time by 22% through stronger sequencing and oversight. I bring experience with budgets, forecasts, customer reporting, and multi-site technology deployments.
