I’m a senior project and program leader with 20+ years of experience delivering physical environments across interiors, workplace, hospitality, furnishings, live events, experiential programs and temporary infrastructure.

My strength is bridging the gap between what a space is supposed to be and what it takes to actually deliver it. I’ve managed projects from design development through procurement, vendor coordination, installation and field execution—working across clients, designers, contractors, fabricators, suppliers and operations teams to keep complex projects moving when conditions change.

Most recently, I served as Infrastructure Manager for FIFA World Cup 26 Dallas at AT&T Stadium, leading hospitality infrastructure delivery across seven lounges and 200+ suites totaling more than 110,000 square feet. The scope included 2,000+ furniture pieces along with signage, graphics, décor, fabricated elements, A/V and florals, with compressed installation and rework timelines and a field team of approximately 60.

Earlier in my career, I worked across interior design, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile and stone, lighting, furnishings, visual merchandising and client-facing project delivery. That background gives me both a design eye and a practical understanding of budgets, specifications, vendors, procurement, installation and the realities of getting work completed in the field.

I’m especially interested in roles involving design-to-delivery, FF&E, workplace, hospitality, retail and store development, branded environments, multi-site rollouts, venue infrastructure and other physical spaces where creative thinking and strong execution need to coexist.

I work well in fast-moving environments with ambiguity, competing stakeholders and changing conditions. I’m known for seeing both the big picture and the field-level details, identifying what is actually workable, and finding a path forward when the original plan no longer matches reality.
