At East Lake Medical Clinic, I document veteran interviews, maintain EMR/EHR records for physician review and VA requirements, and support patient scheduling, referrals, billing, and communication.

I previously led day-to-day scribe operations at ScribeAmerica, creating staffing schedules, onboarding and training new scribes, auditing time records, and preparing performance reports. I also worked directly with clinical leadership to improve workflows and resolve coverage challenges.

Across medical scribing, administrative support, and reception work, I bring more than four years of experience managing confidential records, identifying discrepancies, and keeping documentation organized using Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Sheets.
