What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote scribe role where I can maintain accurate EMRs, and handle medical documentation, and HIPAA-compliant prior authorizations while collaborating with a strong healthcare team.

I’m a Resourceful medical assistant with 30+ years of experience in healthcare, specializing in day to day patient clinical care and medical documentation. I maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA guidelines, while supporting efficient patient flow by preparing rooms, equipment, and supplies.

Since returning to medicine, I’ve added medical scribing skills in 2016 and built a strong track record in EMR/EHR documentation, transcribing and organizing medical dictations, and collaborating with physicians and nurses to improve documentation accuracy. I also bring hands-on clinical experience from earlier roles that included phlebotomy (venipuncture, specimen labeling) and cardiovascular work such as EKG and cardiac monitoring.
