I am a motivated and detail-oriented Bachelor of Pharmacy student with practical experience in customer service gained through a six-month BPO role. I combine academic learning with hands-on exposure to client communication and operational workflows.

During my tenure at a BPO company, I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills while supporting customer needs and resolving issues efficiently. I am comfortable using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word to organize information and present results.

I have a solid academic foundation with completion of Higher Secondary and Secondary education and ongoing B.Pharm studies, which have prepared me to learn quickly and apply technical knowledge in a professional setting. I enjoy collaborative environments where I can contribute and continue developing professionally.

I am eager to bring my customer-focused mindset, leadership potential, and willingness to learn to a role that offers growth, responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to organizational goals.
