As a Social media manager, I create, edit, and publish engaging photos and videos for social media platforms. I also respond to messages, comments, and client inquiries, while supporting digital advertising management and brand communication.

In customer-facing roles, I’ve strengthened my ability to solve problems quickly and keep service quality high. From delivery service customer support, I coordinated with couriers and markets, managed appointment scheduling and bookings, and identified and reported issues to improve operations.

Currently, I work as a Customer support representative with a focus on research and analysis. At DHL, I assist customers by answering inquiries, providing clear information, and processing local and international shipments—while using critical thinking and attention to detail to support smooth service.
