I’m looking to lead high-impact SaaS and platform engineering—owning architecture, integrations, and production reliability—where I can drive performance/security improvements, build Arabic-first products, and scale systems on AWS with modern tooling.

I’m a Senior Software Engineer & Tech Lead with 5+ years of experience building and scaling production SaaS platforms using Ruby on Rails, Hotwire, React, and AWS. I enjoy turning complex integrations and performance challenges into reliable, measurable outcomes.

Right now, I’m leading development of a motor-insurance claims platform serving insurers across Saudi Arabia. I own architecture, development, and production support, and I drive insurer integrations end to end—from design and rollout to operational monitoring and incident response.

Previously, I led secure, scalable web systems with Ruby on Rails, Hotwire, and AWS, including integrations with social platforms, CRM systems, and local Saudi gateway APIs. I also contributed to government ministry digital-transformation initiatives and, on a US rental-marketing/tenant-screening platform, improved application performance 47%, eliminated timeouts, and made hot-path queries up to 100x faster while cutting cloud costs by 30%+.

In addition to delivery, I focus on product readiness: testing, security auditing, and performance profiling. My work on Fursa (creator monetization for Saudi Arabia) includes merchant-of-record payments on Moyasar, ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing, Arabic-first RTL localization, passwordless authentication, and AI features on the OpenAI API—always with production support and measurable improvements in mind.
