What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an Agile/SAFe leadership role delivering enterprise transformations—Oracle/SAP modernization and API integrations—with strong governance, cross-functional ownership, and measurable business outcomes through predictable delivery.

I’m an Agile Program and Project Manager with 14+ years delivering enterprise technology transformation, cloud migration, SAP implementations, and digital banking initiatives across consulting and BFSI environments. I lead infrastructure modernization, Oracle Database Upgrade & modernization, and API-based core banking integration—driving scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and resources to business outcomes with minimal disruption.

In my current role at Ernst & Young, I managed multi-project delivery with budgets exceeding USD 1.5M and global teams of 20+ resources, including a server migration that delivered approximately USD 150K annual cost savings. As a Scrum Master and Program leader, I’ve facilitated Agile/SAFe ceremonies, established governance and RAID management, coordinated UAT and cutover/go-live, and delivered improvements in operational stability through continuous improvement and proactive incident/problem management.
