I’m a detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant and Talent Acquisition Professional, supporting high-volume, project-based, and regulated hiring across healthcare, consulting, insurance, and financial services. In my current role, I provide end-to-end recruitment for caregiver and support positions—posting and optimizing job advertisements, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to reduce time-to-hire. I also manage onboarding, credential verification, and compliance documentation with 100% record accuracy, while maintaining audit-ready ATS data in both ATS and WellSky systems.

Alongside recruitment, I contribute to data-driven decisions through project-based data work at Empirica Consulting Ltd, where I conducted qualitative and quantitative interviews, surveys, and focus groups, then analyzed datasets to generate actionable insights and staffing/operational/donor reports. Earlier, I strengthened my operational and documentation discipline as an Administrative Assistant / Tax Consultant and began building market-awareness in dealing, settlement, and operations as an intern at GenAfrica Asset Managers. I bring communication and remote collaboration habits through tools like Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, and I continuously upskill with credentials including a Certified Data Analyst program and ALX Africa’s Virtual Assistant Certificate.
