What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a good job with inclusivity where I can practise my skills. I'm very passionate about research and I would like a job that specializes in scientific and medical research. I'm also hoping for a good work environment where I can be able to thrive and make impactful changes.

I pursued a Bachelor’s in Biology in the University of Nairobi. I'm interested in research work either scientific or clinical.

I was a Customer support agent at the company. I was responsible for responding to any inquiries that the customers had and forwarding them to front office teams if need be. Therefore, I collaborated with front office teams on multiple occasions to ensure smooth running of the company. This role improved my communication skills and patience in dealing with customers.
