At House of Welcome, I coordinate and deliver employment programs for people seeking employment, education and training. I’ve redesigned program processes and delivery models, and developed workflows and systems to improve how programs operate.
I coordinate projects from planning through implementation and review, working with participants, employers, schools, community organisations and referral partners. I also support employment pathways with assessments, job matching, application and interview preparation, and follow-up after placement.
I develop practical resources for participants, employers and partner organisations, including materials on workplace rights, workplace culture and inclusive recruitment. Earlier, at Community Refugee Sponsorship Australia (CRSA), I supported program planning, research, stakeholder coordination and resource development as a CRISP / Exit Planning Intern.
