At ELT Global Pvt Ltd (Triple i Commerce Academy), I built the HR function from the ground up and digitized the employee lifecycle on GreytHR for a 250+ employee organization.
I manage onboarding, offboarding, payroll, employee records and labor compliance, including PF, ESI and POSH. I also authored company policies and prepared HR reports for senior leadership.
Recruitment is a key part of my work at ELT Global: I closed 10+ diverse roles across departments within a two-week hiring cycle, coordinating candidates and interviews through offers and onboarding.
Previously, at RawmeN International Pvt Ltd, I managed recruitment, payroll preparation and performance reviews as an HR Executive, after supporting HR administration there as an intern. I also coordinated interviews and candidate pipelines at Valued Epistemics Pvt Ltd as a Talent Acquisition Intern.
