What I'm looking for

I'm looking to use my communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment that values people and supports continuous learning.

At Demotic Technologies Private Limited, I lead recruitment and manpower deployment for the BharatNet Phase III project, hiring 400+ Field Technicians and Network Engineers across several regions.

I coordinate between HR, operations, and field teams, and monitor project progress using the CRIA tool and BharatNet Pragati Portal. I also prepare reports and coordinate form validation and project compliance.

I streamlined reporting by building automated tracking sheets and dashboards in Google Sheets and Excel. Previously, at PR Mantra, I pitched stories to journalists and crafted articles and media pitches.
