My work has contributed to studies of chikungunya virus, including its molecular evolution in India and host interactions identified through proteomic profiling.
Earlier, I worked as a Computational Biologist at International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology and held bioinformatics research roles at National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resources. My research spans plant biology, genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and computational analysis.
