I am a biotechnology and bioinformatics researcher with strong academic training and hands-on experience in molecular and computational biology. My work bridges experimental concepts with bioinformatics approaches such as phylogenomics, structural bioinformatics, molecular docking, genome analysis, and biological data interpretation.
During my dissertation training at CSIR–Central Drug Research Institute (CDRI), I integrated computational biology, phylogenomic, and machine learning approaches to study evolutionary diversity and genetic architecture, supporting analyses from sequence curation and phylogenetics to BGC discovery and structural characterization. I’m passionate about interdisciplinary research—using computation to solve healthcare and life-science challenges through data-driven biological research and computational drug discovery.
