What I'm looking for
I’m a Product Manager focused on AI-powered enterprise B2B2C loyalty outcomes, especially for banks, payment providers, and channel partners. I build and ship systems that improve real program metrics—driving activation and retention rather than shipping “models” in isolation.
In my current role, I cut claims reward distribution from 5–7 days to 24 hours, increasing member activation and retention from 20% to 80%. I shipped an OCR-based claims auto-approval engine (90% extraction, 80% approval accuracy on complex invoices) and engineered a three-tier lowest-cost-first OCR cascade to keep average cost near $0.001/scan. I also scaled KYC processing 10x+ per day and enabled instant program activation by automating PAN verification, while improving OCR input quality using mobile invoice capture (iOS VisionKit and Android ML Kit).
