JordanWhat I'm looking for
At Target Reach Company, I gather and analyze client business processes and requirements, then configure and implement ERP modules based on functional specifications.
I also conduct system testing, training sessions, and user support. I work with developers to translate functional needs into system customizations and prepare workflows, manuals, and reports.
On the HemoLabs Web Platform graduation project at The Balqa’a Applied University, I contributed user-focused features for booking, notifications, and profile management, helping users access laboratory services.
With SHAI for AI Webtoon, I completed 130 hours of full-stack web development training and conducted code reviews and testing that reduced reported issues by 25% within the first quarter of deployment. I’ve also worked on front-end projects with IEEE BAU Computer Society Chapter using React, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS.
