What I'm looking for

Delivery Director, Program Management, or AI-Enabled Delivery leadership roles — leading teams on complex, multi-stakeholder programs with real decision-making authority. Domain-agnostic, fast learner. Open to remote-first roles, including international teams. Based in Gurgaon, India; open to relocation. Immediate joiner.

12+ years across QA, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, and Delivery/Program Management, with a consistent thread: owning the point where a client's business goals meet technical execution, and carrying the outcome when things go sideways.

Most recently, I led a $3M fixed-bid data platform program for a UAE government ministry — sole point of contact for ministry leadership, coordinating 6-10 people across five departments. A major scope change hit mid-program; I built a phased plan, defended it at the executive level, and protected the deadline.

Before that: product delivery for 12+ applications at Builder.ai, leading the delivery team; and earlier, co-building an SAP consulting practice from the ground up. I've used AI as a working part of delivery for several years — sprint planning, risk tracking, workflow automation — and I'm upfront that my technical depth is at the delivery/architecture-conversation level, not hands-on engineering.
