I seek a product or program role where I can lead cross-functional launches, use data to drive decisions, and work in a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

I am an aspiring Product Manager with hands-on experience as an Executive Assistant to the Chairman, driving high-impact operational and strategic initiatives. I have led end-to-end project execution for healthcare and education programs, coordinating vendors, staffing, procurement and compliance.

I launched a 100-bed hospital, established an X-ray department with a ₹49 Lakhs investment, and supported NABH accreditation efforts by streamlining documentation and audits. I also managed a CSR-funded EdTech upgrade worth ₹24 Lakhs that delivered digital learning tools to 500+ students.

My work includes vendor negotiation, requirements gathering, rollout coordination, and the design of HR onboarding frameworks that reduced orientation time by 35%. I regularly analyze organizational performance data to inform strategic decisions and improve outcomes.

I am pursuing a PhD in Business Management and completed a Master of Commerce in Business Management; I bring a blend of operational rigor, stakeholder management, and a data-informed mindset to product roles.
