What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-friendly role where I can handle customer enquiries, coordinate tasks, manage emails and calendars, maintain accurate records, and support email campaigns—while growing within a responsive team.

I’m a customer-focused, highly organized professional with a B.Sc. in Insurance and a Virtual Assistant Certification from ALX Africa. I’m currently interning at Afrinment, where I support team communication, task coordination, and administrative operations while handling enquiries and maintaining organized records.

I bring strong written and verbal communication skills, including email & calendar management, data entry, follow-up, and relationship management. I also help create and format email campaigns using Mailchimp and Benchmark Email, and I’ve managed schedules and deadlines through my ALX Africa virtual assistant projects—always with professionalism and confidentiality.
