I’m a motivated and highly organized professional offering strong administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills. I bring experience supporting tasks efficiently while delivering quality service in both remote and in-person settings.

In my freelance work as an Administrative Assistant, I handle email management, data entry, and document preparation. I also manage calendars, schedule meetings, organize files, and assist with online research and task coordination to keep operations running smoothly.

I’ve also worked as a Customer Support Representative handling inquiries via email, chat, and social media. I resolve customer issues, ensure satisfaction, and maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
