What I'm looking for
I’m a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant currently pursuing a BSc in Philosophy at the University of Lagos. I’m good in managing communications and project timelines within a dynamic environment, and I’m skilled in drafting professional documents to support effective collaboration among teams.
In my work with ALX Nigeria as a Customer Service Representative, I made calls to students who needed to catch up on their programs and encouraged them to take up the program again. Through proactive communication, team feedback sessions, and a strong commitment to attention to detail, I helped solve students’ challenging issues, and I also developed travel itineraries based on clients’ preferences while maintaining confidentiality.
