I’m a Senior Technical Process Executive with experience handling complex customer support and technical troubleshooting across Microsoft and Google platforms. I’ve worked in fast-paced environments where accurate resolution and reliable follow-up matter.

At Infosys BPM Limited, I worked as a Chat Advocate for Microsoft Xbox support, providing technical Xbox trouble shooting and customer assistance. Using the tool called DFC, I help customers with product information like Xbox subscriptions, Installation, and connectivity failures, while recording interactions in a ticketing system.

Before that, at Cognizant Technology Solutions, I supported Google Maps and AdWords by researching, validating, and creating data with approved resources from the client. I also served as a quality check associate for various processes and consistently achieved the required production and quality.

I’ve also contributed by assisting team leaders in developing and implementing process improvements, and I’ve been an active POC for respective teams. I’m motivated by the objective of achieving excellence in a progressive environment while enhancing my skills and contributing to organizational growth.
