Facilitate daily on-site digital onboarding for clients and support high-volume digital transactions for loan and card services. Manage client queue systems to monitor flow and reduce service bottlenecks at the branch.

Earned an MSc in Operational Research (Applied Math) with Data Science at the University of Edinburgh (Sep 2024 – Jul 2025). Received the “State Program for the Education of Youth at Prestigious Universities of Foreign Countries for 2022-2028.”
