What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level data analyst role where I can build dashboards with Power BI/Tableau, use SQL, and turn business and customer data into clear insights that improve decisions and performance.

I’m an analytics-minded graduate with a BSc in Tourism Management, and I built a strong habit of evaluating business performance through structured information. During my studies, I learned to identify patterns, assess customer behavior, and support operational decisions with critical interpretation of data.

In my roles across customer support and sales operations, I’ve helped manage client data, supported reporting, and created Power BI dashboards for performance monitoring. I also analyzed SuperStore and employee datasets to support cost optimization, fraud pattern detection, and retention-focused recommendations, reinforced by my BDA data analytics certification.
