At Toronto Hydro, I supported cybersecurity operations across Identity and Access Management and Threat, Risk and Compliance. I issued and renewed TLS certificates during a certificate authority migration and scripted SCADA smart-card certificate assignment.
I also triaged IBM QRadar events and tuned use cases to stop recurring false positives from entering the investigation queue. I found and disabled more than 1,000 unused Active Directory accounts, and replaced manual folder-access requests with a PowerShell script that saved 3–4 minutes per request when folder inheritance was intact.
At York University, I built an LLM-powered dialogue system for an assistive robotics environment and evaluated reinforcement-learning policy performance in user studies. I’m also a research assistant and founded AI Ignite at York, where I designed hands-on AI sessions.
