I’m a Site Reliability Engineer with 5 years of experience designing, deploying, and supporting cloud-native applications on AWS. I focus on production support, incident management, and SRE best practices to keep systems highly available and dependable.

In my current role at Tata Consultancy Services, I provide round-the-clock support for AWS-based microservices and monitor health using Amazon CloudWatch, Splunk, and PagerDuty. I build and optimize Splunk dashboards, alerts, and SPL queries to improve observability and reduce alert fatigue.

I lead incident triage and root cause analysis, consistently meeting SLA and SLO targets. I also manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management in ServiceNow to ensure controlled, low-risk deployments and smoother operations.

I design and maintain AWS infrastructure with services like EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, IAM, S3, and CloudFormation, and I deploy containerized workloads on AWS ECS. I automate operational work with Python and AWS Lambda, and I build CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Git to streamline build, test, and deployment workflows.
