I'm looking for diverse, challenging roles where I can support strategic initiatives, lead projects, improve operations, and apply web development skills to user-focused solutions.

I support the COO at Kardan University by managing communication, scheduling, operational planning, cross-department collaboration, and strategic initiatives.

Previously, I managed projects at the Organization of Humanitarian Services for Development of Afghanistan, planning delivery, engaging stakeholders, monitoring performance, reporting outcomes, and building partner capabilities.

As a part-time co-founder and board member at Afsana Tech Company, I help shape business strategy while building and optimizing user-facing web features with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I bring disciplined leadership shaped by my experience as a Judo Black Belt and national team medalist.
