Safina Shohaydarova

I am Safina Shohaydarova, a dedicated professional with extensive experience in project coordination, communications, and cultural tourism. Currently, I serve as the Coordinator of the Women Livelihood Program at the Central Asia Institute Tajikistan, where I lead a team of women entrepreneurs, empowering them to establish and grow their businesses across the GBAO region. My role involves monitoring project progress, compiling comprehensive reports, and ensuring efficient resource allocation for successful task completion.

Previously, I co-founded and served as the Deputy Director of Women Rock in Pamirs, a non-profit organization focused on managing projects and developing training sessions for women. My experience as a Communication Officer at the Pamirs Eco-Cultural Tourism Association allowed me to enhance visitor experiences through effective marketing and communication strategies. I hold a Master's Degree in Management and have participated in various professional development programs, including project development with UN Women.
