What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can design and deliver practical training, support project monitoring and reporting, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders—using strong communication, translation, and data skills to create measurable outcomes.

I am a training and outreach professional with OSCE and UN Volunteer experience, focused on building practical field capabilities and translating complex needs into effective learning. In my role as National Training Officer (OSCE Program Office in Dushanbe), I developed customized training courses and materials for the Committee on Emergency Situations and Civil Defense (CoESCD), led course organization, selected and quality-assured national trainers, and ensured participatory course evaluation.

Across my work with UN Volunteers, I supported women entrepreneurs through the Women’s Entrepreneurship Expo 2023 by reviewing and grouping applications, following up on missing information, maintaining ongoing contact, and coordinating orientation sessions and assessments. Earlier, as a Project Assistant and Communications and Outreach Volunteer, I contributed to project drafting, monitoring and evaluation processes, timely reporting, stakeholder mapping using Excel, and identification of immigration flow patterns—always with an emphasis on accurate information management.

My background also includes repeated OSCE Border Observer assignments and language/training support roles, where I monitored and reported on security situations, prepared daily/weekly/spot reporting, and interpreted and translated between Tajik, Russian, English, and other languages. I bring added administrative and leadership experience from roles such as Deputy Head of “Genius” and Executive Administrator at Vision International Academy, and I strengthen my approach through published research, including work on interpersonal conflict management styles.
