I seek roles leveraging program leadership and technical translation in health/nutrition organizations valuing cross-cultural communication, data use, and capacity building.

I am a senior international program professional and multilingual translator with over 10 years' experience across Tajikistan and Afghanistan, combining program management, technical translation, and cross-cultural communication to deliver high-quality health, nutrition, WASH, education, and research documentation. I have advanced written and oral proficiency in Tajik, Persian, English, and Russian and a track record of preparing donor-ready reports, technical training materials, and culturally appropriate knowledge products.

I have led program implementation, supervised large field teams, supported HMIS and digital reporting, and provided technical support to trainers and health staff to strengthen service delivery. My achievements include strengthening multilingual stakeholder coordination, conducting culturally sensitive research and evaluations, and receiving recognition such as a CEO Appreciation Letter and a scholarship for my master's degree.
