I seek a leadership role in property or facilities management where I can improve operations, ensure safety and compliance, lead teams, and drive tenant satisfaction and revenue growth in a service-oriented, growth-focused organization.

I am a committed property and security professional with over eight years of experience managing high-end residential portfolios and luxury hotel sites. I focus on operational efficiency, safety, and exceptional client service.

I currently manage a private portfolio of 70 high-end residential units, overseeing lease negotiations, rent collection, preventative maintenance and monthly financial reporting to maintain occupancy and cash flow.

Previously, I onboarded eight five-star hotel clients and led full-service security operations, conducting risk assessments, enforcing safety protocols and coordinating contractors to ensure regulatory compliance and superior guest experiences. I lead multidisciplinary teams, improve interdepartmental communication and implement preventative strategies that reduce incidents and speed repairs.
