What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, campus hiring, and team development while partnering closely with clients and stakeholders to create a positive, data-driven candidate experience.

I've led end-to-end recruitment across IT and non-IT sectors for Armstrong – Dematic, Adisa Talent Acquisition, and freelance clients. I turn workforce needs into sourcing strategies, manage client coordination, and drive timely hiring closures.

At Armstrong – Dematic, I developed talent acquisition and employer-branding strategies, led campus and internship programs, and implemented HRMS appraisal processes, KRA/KPI tracking, TA audits, background checks, and exit interviews.

At Adisa Talent Acquisition, I managed and trained recruitment teams, built BPO hiring strategies, and partnered with 50+ colleges for campus interviews and training programs. I also recruited 200 students from Maharashtra in two weeks through volunteer campus recruitment.
