I’m a driven, adaptable professional with a strong background in finance, marketing, and sales. I’ve built my career around managing teams, developing digital marketing strategies, and exceeding sales goals—while staying focused on problem-solving, process optimization, and client engagement.

At H&R Block, I currently serve as an Associate Team Leader/Manager, where I manage team operations and workflow and help staff improve efficiency and service quality through training initiatives. Despite being a smaller location, I contributed to the office surpassing all district projections, while also assisting tax professionals and supporting clients in tax preparation and filing.

Before that, I developed and executed digital marketing campaigns through my UCSC Humanities Division & The Sikh Foundation internship, strengthening the nonprofit’s digital presence through strategic outreach and community engagement. I also built a strong customer and sales foundation at Fossil as a Sales Associate (#1 in sales during my time), and in high-volume retail roles as a Lead Baker and Assistant Manager, where I managed transactions, inventory, order fulfillment, and trained new staff.
