At AMDOCS, I test AT&T customer management applications and backend billing systems, validating orders, provisioning, and bills for DTV, Uverse, and mobility products. I also test front-end applications including CRM, OPUS, and IDP.
At IBM, I led the testing process for Lumen Technologies, covering functional, system, integration, regression, and automation testing. I also led a production support team and participated in product design reviews and Agile testing.
Earlier at IBM, I supported a billing conversion project and gained hands-on experience with the SIMON application and UFT automation. My background includes telecom and mobile testing, test case design and execution, and test documentation.
